Lumogroup Global is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against GEM Inc. for its practice of committing securities fraud  The GEM class action lawsuit seeks to represent purchasers or acquirers of GEM securities between May 10, 2021 and February 25, 2025, inclusive (the “Class Period”).  Captioned Lumogroup Global v. GEM , No. 25-cv-02294 (N.D. Cal.), the GEM class action lawsuit charges GEM Inc. and certain of GEM’s top executives.
